Florida licensed RN with one year of recent acute care experience. Requirements for the Primetime option of the float pool include:
Forty-eight (48) hours per four (4) week schedule including at least sixteen (16) weekend hours, along with one major and one minor holiday per year. The pay for this position will be $31 per hour plus shift differential. TMH pays differentials of 12% for evening, 3p-11p and 15% for nights, 11p-7a. Requirements for the Casual option of the float pool include:
Twenty-four (24) hours per four (4) week schedule, no weekend or holiday requirements. The pay for this position will be $28 per hour plus shift differential. TMH pays differentials of 12% for evening, 3p-11p and 15% for nights, 11p-7a.
