Summary of Position: The National Director of Employee Development is responsible for the planning, implementing, and monitoring of corporate training programs in alignment with the YAP’s objectives and strategic plan. The Director will work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer and functional management teams to assess ongoing and future training and learning needs as well as effectiveness of established programs.
Qualifications/Requirements: Master’s Preferred, Bachelor’s Level with Commensurate (YAP) experience
